Vacation Homes & Cottage Rental Rates:

• From $110/night + 11.42% excise and hotel tax.
  Based on double occupancy.
• $15/night + tax for each additional person.
• Two (2) night minimum stay.

• $100 Non-refundable cleaning fee required

• Deposit - 20% of total booking required to confirm reservation (non-refundable); balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

• Cancellation Policy:  Refund of all monies paid (except non-refundable deposit) if cancelled at least 40 days prior to arrival.  After that we will try to re-sell the space.  If we do, you will get a refund.  You or another family member may use any "lost deposit" as a FULL CREDIT toward a final check-in payment for another stay within 12 months of the cancellation date, subject to availability.  Holidays and other special event days have a different cancellation policy.
